Meet Jo Bourn
Nourish Recruitment’s Founder & Managing Director
I have worked in permanent recruitment in the Catering and Hospitality sector since 2007 and have focussed my expertise on Surrey, the Home Counties, and surrounding regions. This has ensured that I have a deep knowledge of the local recruitment market and can offer very specific, personalised, and localised recruitment solutions. I have developed and maintained long lasting relationships with both candidates and clients a like to date and intend to continue to replicate this in the very heart of what I do under Nourish Recruitment.
I graduated in Travel and Tourism Management from Cardiff University, and that ensured that the Catering and Hospitality sector has always been a huge passion of mine. Having completed the Graduate Management programme with Marriott Hotels and then subsequently working within the company, I have always appreciated and admired outstanding levels of service.
An enjoyable and essential part of my role is visiting and meeting with new businesses, organisations, and people within Catering and Hospitality. I get a buzz from working within such a fast-moving environment and job market, and count myself incredibly lucky that I am in a position to add real value to all those we come into contact with.
I am a self-confessed ‘foodie’, and love to experience new food concepts and trends. I feel blessed that my work is also my passion, and that’s why I see my role as a vocation and never just a job. I hope that this shines through to those I work alongside and with.
