Right to Represent Agreement

This agreement is hereby made between Nourish Recruitment (here after referred to as “Recruiter”), and the Candidate. This agreement is created for the purpose of obtaining Full Time work for the Candidate.

By signing this agreement, the Candidate gives the Recruiter the sole right to represent the Candidate for job placement purposes.

The Recruiter agrees to the following conditions:

• To represent the Candidate to the best of her abilities in order to identify and obtain a position of employment for the Candidate that suits the Candidate’s skills and qualifications.
• The Recruiter will represent the Candidate through solicitation, screenings, resume dispersal, and job targeting.

The Candidate agrees to the following conditions:

• To allow all inquiries, solicitations, interviews, and meetings with an employer to go through the Recruiter first, and to not pursue any employment leads elsewhere during the allotted timeframe.
• To not approach a client of the Recruiters directly for 6 months after the recruiters contact with you in supporting your current job search, without prior notification being given to the recruiter.
